5. Check whether the relief valve is in open position (the relief valve opens the green light). Check the diffuser for minimum opening (the minimum green light of diffuser).
6. After checking, confirm that the fan can be started, press the start button, and the blower enters the start-up procedure: the auxiliary oil pump is pre-lubricated for one minute (the auxiliary oil pump is green and light). The blower can start to run (the blower is green and light).
The relief valve is slowly closed (the relief valve opens the green light and the relief valve is turned off in two minutes).
The auxiliary oil pump stops running (the auxiliary oil pump turns green and stops red light). At this point, the blower starts successfully and can be put into operation.
If the blower fails to start as scheduled after the start button is pressed, the oil pressure will be low by a minute and the whole starting process will stop. When the cause is resolved, the alarm shall be removed and restart.
1. After the fan is started, the diffuser can be adjusted slowly according to the production needs, with the "open" key and "close" key control of the diffuser to ensure the necessary air volume.
2. When the fan runs, it must be constantly monitored by the fan, and the fan's current, oil temperature, oil pressure and wind pressure vacuum degree sound, fan, temperature, vibration, etc. Keep records on time. If there is any abnormality, it is necessary to find out the reasons and report to the production department. If necessary, emergency parking can be adopted.
